Bobbie Jean Baxter, 71, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Candler Hospital. She was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah, and was formerly employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
She is survived by her lifelong friend, Doris Elkins, of Savannah, her sister, Mary Ann King, of Sumter, South Carolina, two brothers, Rufus Baxter, of Ellabell, and Curtis Baxter, of Winter Haven, Florida, and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 4:00 p.m., at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
